space in the transform tool option docker.

SUMMARY
In Krita built from git master, there is unwanted space between the flip tool icons in the tool option docker for the transform tool. I believe this is a regression from the recent transform tool option tweaks. Just adding a bug report to keep this in the list.


Also attached is the screenshot showing the space.

tool/transform: fixes the awkward space in tool options
Summary:
The size of the vertical spacer was probably disturbed
while I was working the cage transform options, this
patch should fix it.
