SUMMARY
Each Dophin window is displayed as a new application inside the dock. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open multiple Dolphin windows.

OBSERVED RESULT
1. Each Dolphin window is displayed as a new application.

EXPECTED RESULT
1. Each window should represent a point next to the opened Dolphin application.

I'm not exactly sure what option you're refering to. If it's 'Group tasks of the same applciation' from the 'Tasks' config page, it's enabled. You can see in the video that the Konsole application has the tasks already grouped.

You have enabled on MiddleClick: Toggle Task Grouping, you can use middle click to group them again , and you can change action for middle click if this isnot what you want for it...
