open system settings > apps style > gnome/gtk apps style
click "get new gnome/gtk apps styles" button
select "Install local theme...
click "Close" button
close system settings (apply/discard prompt shows up)
click "Discard" button
system settings crashes

The crash can be reproduced every time.
