STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select any shortcut and edit it

OBSERVED RESULT
You can't enter a shortcut like Meta+[something], the 'Meta key' isn't picked up but rather opens App dashboard (or any other app menu).

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54
