SUMMARY
The bug happens when menu transparency is enable for Breeze theme under X11: if I copy a file and the menu pops out, the menu is grey and menu items become light blue on hover 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable transparency for Breeze widgets
2. Try to copy a file to the desktop, the Copy To/ Move To menu pops out

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu background is grey and the items get light blue when hovered


EXPECTED RESULT
The menu background is transparent blurred

Linux/KDE Plasma:

no, that was the desktop icon context menu
D18798 addresses this issue here
