Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0 Qt Version: 5.12.1 Doesn't seem to happen anymore. This issue is still present, reproducible every time if the first workspace is empty and others are not. This issue is no longer present for me.
