Well, that's obviously not normal. Something must be wrong on your system, but from a distance it's hard to guess what it could be. You could try to make crash log (https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html#dr-minw), then we could see what's crashing. Other things to try: * check whether your graphics driver is up to date * check whether it makes a difference to disable canvas acceleration * check whether you've got superfluous "security" software installed, like sandboxie Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
