Kai, is this even possible? I would expect Chrome to respect this setting, not P-B-I to somehow shim it in... I'm not going to implement any "smooth scrolling" feature, not sure how feasible the rest would be. Looks like a genuine Chromium bug, though. firefox is like it too.
