If I click a link with multiple query parts in a message, e.g.

https://bugs.kde.org/query.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=CONFIRMED&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED

only the part before the first query delimiter arrives in my web browser, https://bugs.kde.org/query.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED with the example above.

Unfortunately I don't remember when (or possibly coinciding with some Qt update) this started to happen, but now it happens every time I click on a link with multiple query parts. It also happens solely with trojita, no other Qt or KDE software.

Thanks for your report. I just tried to reproduce your issue but, of course, it just works for me. I use the same qtwebkit version but my trojitá is a bit outdated. I'll try and update my system in the next few days and report back.
Can you check the link stated in the mouse over of the link? Is it already truncated there?

No, the tooltip shows the whole link.

Trojitá is no longer maintained, please switch to a maintained alternative like https://apps.kde.org/kmail2/
