The correct rendering of mc using Konsole 18.08.3

Created attachment 117404 [details] The incorrect rendering of mc using Konsole 18.12.0 After upgrading to Konsole 18.12.0, I noticed that window borders in Midnight Commander were being rendered incorrectly. What I mean by that they are more squiggly instead of straight lines. Downgrading to 18.08.3 fixes the issue, so this seems like a regression introduced with the emoji support. To better explain what I mean I've attached screenshots of how it looked like in 18.08 and how it looks now. Though it shouldn't matter, the font I use is DejaVu Sans Mono. Midnight Commander is version 4.8.21 with Unicode support. The problem is present using other appearance presets in Konsole. I've ruled out it being a problem with Midnight Commander, as it's still present after removing the mc config. For testing purposes I also ran mc with LC_ALL=C, but this didn't change the rendering. Package versions used: Konsole 18.12.0 Qt 5.11.3 Plasma 5.14.5 KDE Frameworks 5.53.0
