keyboard shortcut duplicated

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session, open system settings, desktop behavior, screen locking
2. click the GUI element to set the screen locking shortcut
3. press a shortcut including meta key (I pressed meta+l)

OBSERVED RESULT
shortcut pressed in the step 3 appears duplicated (see the screenshot) and
"Apply" button does not become active. When you close the system settings, apply/discard prompt does not show up.

EXPECTED RESULT
kcm should set the new keyboard shortcut correctly.

plasma 5.15 beta has the same bug.

I can't reproduce this bug on Plasma 5.17 beta.

I do not have this bug but there seems to be a new bug alse preventing from changing the lock screen shortcut.
