SUMMARY When one tries to move a directory up in the places list it "disappears" into a folder X that is there, instead of ending up as a separate  folder just below folder X. 

The solution of going into the KDE file did not work, because it does not seem to be there.

This may be related to Bug 207218, but I can not be sure

1. Try to change the order of the folder in the places list
