SUMMARY
The docks application bar immediately hides, then reappears when hovering. This only appears to happen when the dock is positioned on the left side of the screen 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the location of the dock to "Left", the alignment to "Center" and the visibility to "Dodge all Windows" or "Dodge Active"
2. Move the cursor left side of the screen to allow the dock to appear

OBSERVED RESULT
The dock immediately hides itself and then appears quickly sometimes.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dock should appear and not hide immediately.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It seems to depend on the speed of the cursor moving to the left side. The most consistent way seems to be to move the cursor the the pixel right before the hover of the dock is triggered. Then moving it one pixel on the left to trigger it.
