Builds from stable releases on binary factory requests to access    https://docs.kde.org/index.php?branch=stable5&language=de_DE&application=umbrello&path=/ for the application handbook. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download portable umbrello package from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Umbrello_Release_win64/
2. unpack 7z file
3. start umbrello
4. Select Help->Umbrello UML Modeller Handbook

OBSERVED RESULT
A website is shown the following message: "The branch stable5 is not available for the specified application/language."


EXPECTED RESULT
The documentation for the request language should be displayed.

That issue seems to be fixed.
