And you see this only with discover? Can you include your ~/.config/kwinrulesrc I've tried KWrite, Kate, Konsole, Dolphin, Sweeper, and they all seem to open on the active screen. So, I'd say it's a Discover specific issue. I should probably mention that my secondary display is on the top of my primary one, instead of to the right / left of it content of ~/.config/kwinrulesrc ---------- [General] count=0 ---------- Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
