SUMMARY
In no panel Discard/Work/Keep labels (Red/Yellow/Green flag) are displayed, while its setting is OK.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Show icon view
2. Select an image
3. Left-click >Assign labels >Take >Discard (2nd position because red flag is, not displayed)

OBSERVED RESULT
No red flag is displayed in icons or in Description panel. Setting is recognized because the flag background is in different color.

EXPECTED RESULT
Red flag visible in icons and in Description panel.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Ubuntu 18.04 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Evaluation stars are correctly displayed (and set) in both icons and description panel.

Fixed with #390688 and not reproducible with 6.2.0
