SUMMARY
Enabling or disabling "Preview" has no effect until mouse is moved over list view.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add images to KRename Files tab 
2. Click Preview to disable previews
3. Click Preview to enable previews

OBSERVED RESULT
Previews in the list are not always enabled or disabled with the Preview control without some other action, such as moving the mouse over the list view, or enabling/disabling "Display Name". Unfortunately, it does not seem consistent, sometimes the Preview toggle works as it should, and other times Preview thumbnails are unaffected.

This has been observed with two user accounts, one existing as well as a user with a freshly created home directory (no possibility of residual configuration).

EXPECTED RESULT
Preview thumbnails should appear and disappear as the control is toggled.

Confirmed on 5.0.1 there is quite a delay in displaying the images.
