clickable progress update view

SUMMARY

Discovery has a detailed view of update progress, activated with the Tasks button. It displays a list of items and their individual progress. These items are individually clickable, yet this action does nothing, which can confuse the user.

Optimally clicking could show more info about update (something similar to the detail view of qapt installer), but if it is impossible, it would be imho preferable to make the list items non-clickable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Discovery
2. Update packages
3. See detailed view of update in Tasks view
4. Click on individual items during their update

OBSERVED RESULT

1. Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

1. Something happens or just nothing to click on.
