SUMMARY: Desktop Folder Settings Restored To Default After Reboot


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change Desktop Folder Settings from Layout Folder View to Desktop
2. Press Apply
3. Wallpaper Type to Picture Of the Day then under Providers select Bing Picture Of The Day
4. Press Apply
5. Reboot PC  

OBSERVED RESULT

Desktop Folder Settings Restored To Default After Reboot

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I have also tried setting a custom wallpaper which is saved in my Pictures folder however after reboot it is still restored to the default setting.

I have tried restoring everything to the default in the System Settings hoping it my clear any issues however it was to no avail.
