This sounds very much like https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390642 No, I don't think it's the same thing, but in any case, I cannot reproduce it :-( I cannot reproduce on Windows either. Does this always happen for you, or was it a one-off glitch? If you can reproduce it consistently, could you make a video of it? Created attachment 117008 [details] image showing blank icon on screencap SUMMARY all tool cursors replaced with "hand cursor" after using mirror tool STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. select mirror tab and align inimage 2. cursor changes to hand and grab icon 3. select any paint tool 4. hand icon does not change OBSERVED RESULT hand icon does not revert any selected to tool icon when in image area. It only changes to arrow icon when scrolling to top white bar.
