Hello.

I from russia. Russian authorities blocking Telegram Messager from april 2018.

Under the lock get big subnet Amazon Network. Many kde services are located exactly there.

I turned on the setting "Picture of the Day" and I have problems:
1. the lock screen appears very long and all the time the screen freezes;
2. freezes when change settings "Picture of the Day";
3. task panel confuses buttons, click by icon one application, but the open application is completely different.

Should not network problems disrupt work!
