SUMMARY
When saving and image in firefox using KDE dialog the Name field is empty instead of having the file name of the image in it

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In firefox 64.0 with kde dialog choose "Save Image As..."

OBSERVED RESULT
The Name field in the dialog is empty

EXPECTED RESULT
The Name field contains the file name of the image
