SUMMARY
Update button isn't clickable

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. KDE Neon updates the apt update list
2. open discover and go to updates these packages are displayed and pre checked
3. the update button is grayed out ??

OBSERVED RESULT
update on CLI via "sudo apt upgrade" is not a problem as is "flatpak update"
