SUMMARY
Instead or regular frames, like in previous version of konsole now I see dotted line. Please check screenshot attached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In konsole set font Monospace for current profile (bash)
2. In bash session run mc (Midnight Commender)
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Frames of mc drawn with dotted lines instead regular lines

EXPECTED RESULT
Frames of mc drawn with regular lines (like in previous version)

Confirmed: all box drawing characters drawn by konsole look this way. I guess the lines are drawn "between" pixels.
