SUMMARY

Current version of Spectacle doesn't allow to capture just pop-up child windows, they can be captured only with parent (Capture the current pop-up unchecked).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Kate
2. Open file dialog
3. Run Spectacle
4. Set "Windows under Cursor", "On Click", "Capture the current pop-up only", 
5. Take a new screenshot – click the file dialog window

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

Spectacle should capture file dialog window

Confirmed with Intel graphics hardware too. Yikes.
