Another Instance

SUMMARY
So when i have finished working in Kdenlive and i am saving and closing, Kdenlive leaves behind a secondary running instance in the task manager.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kdenlive
2. Do some work
3. Close Kdenlive

OBSERVED RESULT
Upon inspection of the task manager, it appears that Kdenlive has another instance running when it has already been closed.

EXPECTED RESULT
There will not be another instance running when Kdenlive is already closed

Problem known. Developer work on a solution.

Work around see here: https://userbase.kde.org/Kdenlive/Manual/Windows_Issues -> Kdenlive cannot be deleted

18.12.1 comes with patches fixing exit freeze.
Note that dbus-daemon remains running: this is expected for a daemon :)
(shared across several instances or other programs using this protocol)
