Left list in dragged down state

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover.
2. Drag down left Discover list with touch screen - list with 'Applications', 'Application Addons', 'Plasma Addons'... pages.

OBSERVED RESULT
List stays in dragged down position without returning up

I meant dragging and releasing touch screen. Same when dragging and releasing the list up
