SUMMARY
When pinning a panel widget popup it is only shown on the virtual desktop where it was opened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on system tray widget
2. Click on Pin icon in the top right corner
3. Switch to second virtual desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
The popup stays open but is only visible on the first VD.

EXPECTED RESULT
The popup should be visible on all VDs (like the panel itself)

I can confirm such behaviour.

Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0
Qt Version: 5.12.1

I cannot reproduce. Is this still valid in the latest version?
