STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Flathub flatref file - for example https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.octave.Octave
2. Install it with Discover.
3. Watch tasks progress in app UI during installation.

OBSERVED RESULT
'Tasks' page shows 0% -> 100% upon installing without any progress.

EXPECTED RESULT
Gradual download/install progress - like 0% -> 25%... -> 100%

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After clicking on 'Tasks' page there is always 'Installing' text near popup progress bar - no download progress

Installing from Flathub through app UI show 0% -> 100% instant progress too
