Popup hints appear very far from the place they should be.
Example: in system settings, you pass the mousepointer over an item: the popup hint appears in a very far and fixed place of the screen, regardless the item you are "selecting"

That's almost always an application bug (or a Qt bug I fixed very recently in 5.12.1)
