STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login into Wayland.
2. Suspend system.
3. Wake up system.

OBSERVED RESULT
Touchpad off OSD is displayed on top of unlock screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Touchpad off OSD is displayed - like on resume in X session (or even no OSD message)

Same message with disabled lock screen on resume

I see no OSD about touchpad after the steps above regardless the screen is locked after waking from sleep or not.
