In the batch Queue Manager, the "resize" tool provides several options.

It would be very helpful to have an option to resize "by %". This option is actually available from the image editor ("Transform > Resize").

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the Batch Queue Manager, select the "resize" tool. There is no possible way to resize "by %" (i.e. resize image by 50%, or 30%).
2. This is possible through the image editor (open the editor, then "Transform > Resize", you can choose to resize by %

Implementing this option in the Batch Queue Manager would save time when resizing a lot of images that do not have the same size (for instance when resizing stitched panoramas).
