The button edit Mode ON/OFF is tied to certain effects like rotoscoping, zooming ... You have to click on another clip and then in the clip with the effect and you see the “path points” again. Tested on the Refactoring version. What is the state of this issue? STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open kdenlive, 2. add a video for editing, 3. ckick on "show/hide edit mode".
