SUMMARY
In some labels in kde applications, the font is not rendered correctly. There are dots all over the text which looks like incorrect font hinting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. turn off font aliasing, turn on full font hinting


OBSERVED RESULT
Some labels do not render the font correctly.
