SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take video rotated on 90 degrees
2. Choose rotate effect and rotate on +-90 degreed
3. swicth playback on preview (on high quality works correctly

OBSERVED RESULT
video is rotated but cropped  by old size limits.

EXPECTED RESULT
video should be rotated and preview whole without crop.

Some effects work on “High Quality” only. Set "high quality" as default. More info here: https://kdenlive.org/en/project/timeline-track-compositing/
