I'm sorry, but you will have to provide more information. Of course this doesn't happen to all the other people who are using Krita, so we'll have to figure out why it happens for you.

I see that you haven't filled in any of the version information: please add the output of help/system information for bug reports to this bug report.

Please tell us to which folder you are trying to save.

Please tell us where you got Krita from: https://krita.org/download, Windows Store or Steam or another location.
