window shrinks to line

Sometimes windows can get resized by accident. Some don't define a minim width, meaning that a window can potentially shrink to a single line (see gif).

There should be some stopgap to prevent them from getting too small.

Operating System: Kubuntu 18.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.3
Qt Version: 5.11.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0

Windows are supposed to set a minimum width. We don't work around broken applications. It might be a valid case to have small windows. We cannot restrict that.

If you want to work around the broken window you can set a minimum width using window rules
