It's no more possible to switch between open apps by using mouse wheel. If I open an app which is docked on my dockpanel, so it shows the animation on a different icon.

TO REPRODUCE:
1. open more then one window of same app (dolphin as example)
2. use mouse wheel on the icon

-> EXPECT: switch between open windows

-> BUG: it doesn't
