Is OpenGl a big deal ?? because it says in the program its not initialized?
Is OpenGl responsible for that kind of error i am facing ??

That part of the bug info is not dependable in 4.1.5; better check in settings/display whether canvas acceleration is enabled. Also check whether it's set to OpenGL or Angle. Your problem description sounds like there might be an issue with the opengl driver on your system.
