OBSERVED RESULT
When password is needed for kwallet to connect to VPN or GDrive, password pop-up doesnt appear above other windows but rather bellow them.

Do you happen to have set up any of your windows such that they're always in front?

To be clear, this is the pop-up that asks you to enter the wallet password, right?

Yep, that's the KWallet dialog.

I have noticed something interesting. When this dialog is supposed to show up, task-manager is colored as if it was in foreground. Also to show the dialog one has to click on its task-manager entry twice as if it was already in the foreground.
