STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open Dolphin and unmaximize its window
3. position Dolphin window immediately below some icon on your desktop
4. right click on the icon above Dolphin window

OBSERVED RESULT
context menu opens in wrong position, see my screenshot please.

EXPECTED RESULT
context menu opens in correct position.

Also observe "Plasma" entry created in the task manager by the context menu.

So they're almost certainly being created as toplevels rather than as popups.

That can happen if Qt can't find which input event generated the popup, will need fixing there

Please reopen if still an issue with Qt > 5.12.1

bug persists on Arch Linux after update to Qt 5.12.2.
