SUMMARY
In neo2 layout shift+w or shift+x has no effect. No problem with qwertz layout. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Chose neo2 (german) keyboard layout in system settings.
2. Type somewhere shift+w or shift+x.

OBSERVED RESULT

No letter appears. (When typing into krunner, krunner is closed.)

EXPECTED RESULT

W or X appears.

If I set neo layout with ' localectl set-x11-keymap de pc101 neo ' the same error also happens with kglobalaccel 5.51.

This bug might be a duplicate of 365890.
Please try out the patch I posted over there.
