SUMMARY
Screen can not be locked while viewing workspaces (show all virtual desktop)in plasma 5.13

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. View all virtual desktop
2. press Ctrl+Alt+L or close laptop Lid


OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing Happens

EXPECTED RESULT
The Screen should get locked

This cannot be fixed on X as this effect grabs the keyboard, but should work fine on Wayland.
