SUMMARY
Can't link a file from a smb share to activities folder.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. access network share via dolphin
2. left click on file -> activities -> link to

OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't appear in activity folder

EXPECTED RESULT
Activity folder should have an entry with the linked file

This'll be the "dueling KIO Workers" problem, same as why you can't drag a file out of Ark and onto a Samba share. That one is feasible to fix, but this one is less so, and also more niche. It would have the potential to cause hangs when the Samba share is unavailable, and the Activities code is basically frozen right now anyway. So I'm afraid this is a "no can do, sorry."
