When I open the Review Panel, the Tool will automatically switch to the Browse Tool. When the Review Panel is open and I select another Tool, the Review Panel is automatically being closed. 
However, I sometimes want to simultaneously take notes but also copy some quotes to a text file on my screen and it is annoying that I always have to switch between Text Selection mode and Review mode. 
I suppose it would be possible to combine them, i. e. to allow the selection of any Tool when the Review Panel is open. Thanks for your consideration!
