SUMMARY
src/customization/xsl/pt_br.xml is wrongly named. During compilation of many applications, e.g. Kompare, it fails to load with following warnings:
[ 23%] Generating po/pt_BR/docs/kompare/index.cache.bz2
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/usr/share/kf5/kdoctools/customization/xsl/pt-BR.xml"
No "pt_br" localization of "footer-doc-comment" exists; using "en".
No "pt_br" localization of "footer-doc-feedback" exists; using "en".
…

When file renamed to pt-BR.xml, translated text it contains is used in documentation.

Revert "Rename src/customization/xsl/pt_br.xml to pt-BR.xml"

This is not the right fix: this file should have the same
name as the original file from docbook-xsl.

If the fix had been easier, it would have been fixed already.
