STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a zip file divided into multiple parts (file.zip.001, file.zip.002, etc) located in a NTFS partition
2. open dolphin, right click the first part of the zip file
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Extract" entry is missing from the context menu

EXPECTED RESULT
"Extract" entry with its extraction options is available

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"Extract" entry is available when the same files are located in my home (ext4)
and when I right click a zip file NOT divided into multiple parts located in a ntfs partition.

Does it work if you disable the libzip plugin from the Ark settings?

I can't reproduce the bug with kde apps 18.08.3 or 18.12 beta no matter if libzip is enabled or not.
