It would also be nice if ctrl+click on a bookmark (or something in the panel) opens it in a new tab too. I'm afraid this is not possible; ctrl+click is the universal method of adding items to the current selection, and we cannot override it to mean something else. You can already open a folder in a new tab with a middle-click (or a three-finger click on a laptop touchpad, if it's configured properly). I didn't know that 3 finger click opens in a new tab!!! This is really great. Thank you :) You're welcome! It's because a three-finger click on a touchpad emulates a middle-click on a mouse, so you can use that for all other middle-click functionality as well, such as opening a link in a new tag in your web browser. |
