I did reply a few weeks ago, I guess I did it wrong Thanks, resetting status. I have tested with latest versions of Ark and the extraction puts all files into the right place and I was able to navigate the eBook in my browser. Up to date, ark, plasma also 20.08.3,, still does not traverse a zipped html Now, it does not say it can't find, just nothing happens, but I see, in /tmp 2 different ark-????? directories (with 2 elements opened) Konqueror hangs, has to be killed I should be more clear,, dolphin opens the zip, shows several html When I slick one, it tries to open with konqueror, fails, hangs Go back to zip, open with ark, shows htmls, click one, it opens, links do not work Ahh OK my mistake I thought this was an Ark bug. I've tested with Dolphin and can confirm the issue. Perhaps Dolphin could detect the size of the extracted contents and if sane to do so could extract them to /tmp/dolphin-nameofzip/ for temporary viewing. |
