If I have KMail set as my default email client, but also have Thunderbird installed, mailto links are opened in Thunderbird instead of the default, KMail.

The links open in KMail when using Firefox, so it seems to be a Falkon issue.

It uses xdg-open, so if it opens in apps you don't want, you should track the issue there.
